Students discover man drowned in Hyotan LakeDate Posted: 2011-10-12 The students who lived in the village Minami district spotted the man’s leg sticking out of the water, and then called police. A rescue crew took the body to a medical clinic, where the death was confirmed. Naha City Police are investigating the incident as both a crime and as an accident. Police say there were no visible injuries. The students who discovered the man’s body told police they had seen the man drinking alcohol at the lake about six hours before they discovered the body about 6 p.m. |
