L.A. style sushi bar is everyone’s favoriteDate Posted: 2011-09-23    There’s a plentiful menu at Kamisushi, with an abundance special dishes, including one that’s bright, attractive sushi, tempura and sashimi. There are lunch specials, and dinner specials, and specials just because well..because Kamisushi wants to have them. Like this month. Kamisushi is having an “Avocado Fest” where you can eat sushi, sashimi, Orion beer and soft drinks for 50% off. Owner-chef Isamu Kamiya says “we hope you’ll enjoy eating our sushi, and that you will enjoy watching our preparations with your very own eyes.” The Avocado Fest runs September 26th, 27th and 28th, from 5 p.m. ~ 11 p.m., with last food orders at 10 p.m. and last drink orders at 10:30 p.m. Kamisushi’s specials are varied. In the past there have been steak fests, shrimp fests, and scallop fests. Lots of people attend, and can’t wait for the next bi-monthly event. Kamiya is quick to point out that Kamisushi is different. “Our sushi is not like any other Sushi Bar’s sushi, he says, because we continue putting our efforts into serving the very best sushi on the island.” Lunch features special sets complete with soup, a drink and dessert. There’s a salad menu, and a separate alcohol menu. Kamisushi is open daily 11 a.m. ~ 2 p.m. for lunch, then from 5 p.m. ~ 11 p.m. for dinner. Reservations are accepted at (098) 926-3290. Kamisushi is located in the building next to Makeman DIY in Mihama, just above Mihama Sega on the second floor. Parking is free right next to the building. |
