Date Posted: 2011-03-24

A new year, new name and new location have all been a part of 102 Tattoo excitement this year, but without giving up any of the outstanding and professional services its known for.

102 Tattoo, formerly known as Coko's Tattoo Studio, is world renowned for incredible artwork, superior customer service and strictest attention to sterile conditions. The tattoo studio has been relocated to near Naval Kadena, where 102 Tattoo is all about quality work and high standards. Ken, the owner and Artist, explains "Were more focused on quality than some of the other studios.

We offer a sterile, personal service to our customers, he says, and were not into knocking out as many tattoos as we can. 102 believes in allowing the customer to explore their imagination and have their artwork completed as they want it. Ken describes the process where the customer decides the color, and then decides the image. Its your statement, whether for all to see or for private eyes only, he adds.

102 Tattoo understands this cultural change and helps each and every customer to find what's right for them. Each and every tattoo is etched by professional hands with sterile equipment in comfortable surroundings. The spaciousness of the shop itself gives a homey and relaxing feeling while getting ready to fulfill a tattoo ink experience. To further enhance options for customers, 102 Tattoo is welcoming and introducing to Okinawa a few special guest tattoo artists, including well known tats specialist Melissa Louie.

Costs for a tattoo are surprisingly affordable, with patrons charged by the hour for large and detailed work. Ken has been operating and perfecting his trade for 16 years, and wants his customers to appreciate quality artwork. 102Tattoo is American-owned and operated but Japanese customers are also welcome. If Information is available at www.102Tattoo.com, or with a call (098) 989-5289, where English and Japanese staff are available.
