The 2011 Flower Carnival, a five-month series of events launched by Okinawa Prefecture's tourism campaign unit, is budding nicely. Literally.

The Okinawa International Orchid Show 2011 opens the gates at Tropical Dream Center in Ocean Expo Park February 5th for a nine-day exhibition.
