After 15 years of rocking with rock ‘n roll music, Club Fujiyama is unveiling its switch to hip hop with a ‘Great American Bash ‘ music extravaganza in July 4th.

Fujiyama has partnered with Syndicate Family, Okinawa’s premiere hip hop organization, to bring local artists and DJ’s to the Independence Day evening show. A Wet Tee Shirt Contest with a first prize of $300 will complete the search for Fujiyama’s wettest lady during the evening, and there’s also a free barbeque on the roof. Fujiyama, which opened its doors on Gate 2 Street in 1996, will also be giving away free Nuvo bottles every hour, SF exclusive tee shirts and SF ‘Break Out’ albums.

Advance tickets, which include on drink, are $15 or ¥1,500. Tickets at the door are $20 or ¥2,000. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the show kicking off at 9 p.m.
