- 1/2 goya
- 1 pack salad mix
- 5 small tomatoes
- Japanese style (Wafu) dressing to taste
- Wash and cut goya in half lengthwise.
- . Gouge out the pith with a spoon and cut the goya into thin slices.
- Spread the salad mix on a plate
- Top with goya slices and decorate with small tomatoes, pour the salad dressing to taste.
Cut the goya into very thin slices because its strong bitter taste.
