Boiled okra (Ohitashi)
(for 2 people)
・1 bag of Okra (about 10 to 15 ea.)
・1 bag (3g) dried bonito flakes
・Ponzu sauce (soy sauce with citrus juice) to taste
- Sprinkle ocean salt on a cutting board and rub Okra on it. Remove the fuzz and wash.
- Boil about 1 minute and wash.
- Chop into 2 to 3 mm thick slices.
- Sprinkle over with dried bonito and add Ponzu to taste.
