Asa chicken nuggets

Ingredients

A pack of dried asa seaweed

A pack of dried asa seaweed

(for 4 people)

・5g dry asa seaweed

・200g ground chicken

・1/2 block of silken tofu

・1tbs starch

・1tbs chicken stock powder

・salt to taste

 

Directions

  1. Soak asa for about 10 minutes in cold water, wash and then drain water off.
  2. Wrap up the silken tofu in a paper towel and microwave one and half minute at 500W.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Make shapes using a spoon and deep fry at 180 degrees.
