Rycom Mall tenant shops looking for workers
The large multi-use commercial complex AEON Mall Okinawa Rycom, currently under construction at the former Awase Golf Course site in Kitanakagusuku, and scheduled to open next spring, is attracting many well-known tenants who are opening a shop for the first time in Okinawa.
For instance, a popular outdoor brand ‘Mont-Bell’, tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant ‘Saboten’ that has more than 450 stores throughout the nation, yakiniku restaurant ‘Nabeshima’ that is popular mainly in Kyushu region, and a cinema complex are among the tenants that are scheduled to open a shop in the complex.
All in all, some 350~400 tenant stores are planning to open a shop in the mall and expected to provide more than 2,000 jobs.
A joint job interview for the tenant stores is scheduled to take place at the Okinawa Convention Center in Ginowan tomorrow (Dec. 25).
