The Motobu Handmade Market takes place every 3rd Sunday of the month in Motobu Town’s public market area.

The free marketplace takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Motobu Municipal Market, in Motobu Town.

Offerings include traditional handicrafts, pots and plants, and also lunch boxes cooked by local grandmothers in a traditional way.

“Motobu handmade market” is held in Motobu, in Okinawa’s area usually known as Yanbaru, which is in the northern part of Okinawa, every 3rd Sunday.
