Bold experimental art featured at Shinsho Exhibition

Okinawa Sinsho Exhibition displays the boldest works of local artists.

Sinsho Exhibition has staged the annual exhibition since 1970.

Vibrant, bold art has always been a challenge to artists, and the Okinawa Shinsho Exhibition is designed to introduce free new art activities and encourage people boldly research and experiment.

The 43rd Okinawa Shinsho Exhibition runs through Sunday at the Naha City Gallery, 10 a.m. ~ 7 p.m.  Admission is free.  The event has been sponsored by the Okinawa Shinsho Association since 1970.  The association has been representing the art community in varied fields including ground, environment, nature and culture in Okinawa.

The Shinsho Exhibition is a general invitation exhibition as a place where artists may boldly put their works on display.  The works of pictures and sculptures now on display are all produced by members of the Shinsho Association.

Naha City Gallery is located on the sixth floor of Palette Kumoji.
